Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with all original packaging and accessories
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Refund Options:
- Full refund for unused items in original condition
- Partial refund for used items (deductions for damage or wear)
- Store credit for future purchases
Return Procedure:

- Provide order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged)
- Receive return shipping instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving RMA number
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned item.
Exceptions:
- Custom-made or special order items are non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are non-returnable
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cancelled before shipping: full refund
- Orders cancelled after shipping: partial refund (deductions for shipping costs)
